Geri Anne L. Hayes

Geri Anne Hayes brings focused dedication to the defense of medical malpractice and insurance defense matters. She manages individual caseloads from inception through trial, handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Her practice includes drafting motions for summary judgment on liability and serious injury threshold issues.

Prior to joining Kutner, Corrado & Friedrich, LLP, Ms. Hayes worked at DeSena & Sweeney, LLP and McCabe, Collins, McGeough, Fowler, Levine & Nogan, LLP, where she built a foundation in insurance defense and took on mentorship responsibilities for incoming attorneys.

Ms. Hayes began her legal career while still in law school, working with the Disaster Recovery Clinic at Hofstra University, where she assisted clients affected by Tropical Storm Lee, Hurricane Irene, and Super Storm Sandy before administrative agencies, including FEMA. She also participated in the Veterans Law Clinic and served on the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal.
